STEP 1:

Open your Facebook App on your Android mobile which is downloaded from Play Store or installed using APK.

Navigate to Three Horizontal Icon shown in your Facebook App.

Scroll down to get App Settings available under Help & Settings menu on your Facebook App.

Tap the App Settings option and the open Autoplay option available under General menu of App Settings.

Default Setting is assigned to play videos when Mobile Data and Wi-Fi connections are On. Now change that setting to Never Autoplay Videos.
