  • Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S8 device.
  • Press and hold the Volume up, Bixby, power button at the same time. While holding the keys, you can see a Samsung logo then a blue screen with Android. Release all the buttons when the Galaxy S8 vibrates. It will say something about installing system updates and Android should have loading or spinning icon as its centre.
  • Next, you can see NO command screen with a yellow exclamation. You just need to press the correct buttons to take up to the next screen so press either Volume up, down or power and the screen should appear. The exact button may vary depend on your device

Ventilation: remove your phone from case or bag or backpack and cool down it on the air.
